Mectron Engineering makes a variety of machines to fit all inspection needs, whether its fastener inspection, ammunition inspection or sorting services. Lasers provide the most accurate 360 degree high speed dimensional inspection. Eddy current coils check for hardness on the fly. Eddy current probes can detect cracks in the head or localized areas of parts. CCD vision cameras are used for surface inspection.
